Details: The goal is to develop world-class leaders and policymakers who are fluent in multiple languages and have a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. The China Scholarship Council is the organization responsible for carrying out the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program.
Eligibility:
- An applicant must not be a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, be in good mental and physical health, and be under the age of 45 to be considered.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience is required in addition to a bachelor’s degree or higher. People who have prior professional experience or education that is directly applicable to the proposed program will be given priority.
- Applicants must meet criteria in one of the four groups below.
- A government official with the rank of division chief or higher;
- A very high-ranking official in an organization;
- One who oversees academic or scientific operations at the administrative level;
- Those who have worked for or interned with an international organization are in the top four.
